El programa “InnovaSkills: Certificaciones para la Era Digital” es una iniciativa entre la Universidad de Guadalajara y Secretaría de Innovación, Ciencia y Tecnología, a través de UDGPlus; cuyo propósito es capacitar a los residentes del estado de Jalisco y a la comunidad Universitaria, en una variedad de certificaciones enfocadas en tecnologías como desarrollo de aplicaciones, inteligencia artificial, ciberseguridad, administración 4.0, emprendimiento, cultura digital, entre otras, avaladas por los estándares de competencias nacionales de CONOCER.1.- Objetivo:El programa tiene como objetivo desarrollar y fortalecer las competencias tecnológicas y profesionales de docentes, estudiantes y egresados de la Universidad de Guadalajara, red 88 asimismo, prepararlos para enfrentar los retos de la transformación digital, potenciar su impacto en el mercado laboral y fomentar la innovación en sus entornos profesionales y académicos.2.- Beneficiarios:● Estudiantes de pregrado y posgrado de la Red Universitaria (estudiantes regulares con promedio mayor a 80 y para pregrado que hayan completado al menos el 50% de los créditos de su carrera),● Egresados de la Red Universitaria (con promedio mayor a 80)● Docentes de la Red Universitaria (centros universitarios y SEMS).3.- Descripción:El programa “InnovaSkills” ofrece 2,100 becas en 10 certificaciones que brindan acceso a un campus virtual, en donde los participantes podrán acceder a contenido teórico y simuladores prácticos diseñados para prepararlos antes de presentar el examen de certificación. • Los participantes deberán estudiar durante dos semanas en el campus virtual de manera asincrónica, en la tercera semana y de acuerdo con cada certificación, realizar los simuladores prácticos y el primer intento del examen de certificación (90 min de duración). • En caso de no aprobar el examen, se habilitará una segunda oportunidad en 24 horas para realizarlo nuevamente. • Las personas que aprueben el examen obtendrán una constancia profesional emitida por la entidad certificadora, un certificado por CONOCER y en algunas certificaciones obtendrán una insignia que evidencie el logro obtenido. • Asimismo, y con el logro del certificado, se puede……

The Council adopted today restrictive measures against seven individuals and seven entities following Iran’s missile and drone transfers to Russia. This decision follows the indication by the European Council in March 2024 that, were Iran to transfer ballistic missiles and related technology to Russia for use against Ukraine, the EU would be prepared to respond swiftly, including with new and significant restrictive measures.Today’s designation includes individuals and entities responsible for the development and transfer of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), missiles and related technology to Russia in support of its war of aggression against Ukraine, and to armed groups and entities undermining peace and security in the Middle East and the Red Sea region.The listings include three Iranian Airlines (Saha Airlines, Mahan Air and Iran Air), and two procurement firms. These are respectively responsible for the transfer and supply, through transnational procurement networks, of Iran-made UAVs and related components and technologies to Russia, to be used in its war of aggression against Ukraine. Two companies involved in the production of propellant used to launch rockets and missiles were also listed.Furthermore, the Council decided to impose restrictive measures on the Deputy Defence Minister of Iran, Seyed Hamzeh Ghalandari, prominent officials of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Qods Force (IRGC-QF), IRGC Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, and IRGC Aerospace Force Space Division, as well as the managing directors of the EU-listed companies Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Industries (HESA) and Aerospace Industries Organization (AIO).Those targeted will be subject to an asset freeze and travel ban to the European Union.
